Looking at p.2-27 (48 of 82 pdf numbering) of the service manual it shows the display is lit by a fluorescent tube and is most probably integral to the display i.e. not separately replaceable.
It could be that there's a problem with the power supply to the tube (see FL driver section on page - components Q7795 and Q7796) however, so maybe that's worth checking first.
The display module doesn't seem to be listed in the parts list at the end of the manual, but I think it may be model number QLF0048-001
If the power supply to the display FL tube is OK, you may have to replace the display module if you can find one that's in stock. I couldn't.
