Why does WiFi not work?

My phone is Poco X3 basic version

A year ago my WiFi stopped working

Only my House's WiFi would work and no else WiFi I then started to use Mobile data

Even the hotspot won't work and after sometime the Bluetooth stopped working too

The phone didn't had any changes and it's performance was great

I asked a guy he said that there is a software issue but he couldn't solve it

Try using the phone's WiFi (or BT) as close as possible to your home network router (or BT device) i.e. <10cm and check if you get a stable connection.

If you do it may be an antenna problem in the phone. Loose connection perhaps.
