Why my PC shuts down after powered on immediately.

Has it worked OK before or is this a new build?

What is the make and model number of the motherboard, PSU, CPU and GPU card (if any)?

First check that the PSU is OK.

Disconnect the power to the PSU and then disconnect it entirely from the motherboard and any other components that may be connected to it e.g. HDD/SSD, DVD drive, RGB lights, etc

Once it is entirely disconnected, use the paperclip test to turn on the PSU and check if it stays on when you reconnect the power to the PSU.

If it won't stay on then it is faulty

If the PSU is OK, disconnect the power to the PSU and then remove the GPU card (if there is one) from the motherboard and then reconnect the PSU to the motherboard only, reconnect the power to the PSU and check if the PC turns on and stays on, even though that's all it does.

If it turns off straight away there's a problem on the motherboard.

If it stays on, then you have to reconnect each component i.e. GPU card, any extra components that require separate power e.g. HDD/SSD, DVD drive, RGB lights, etc one by one to see which one is causing the PC to shut down on starting.

Note: Always disconnect the power to the PSU before removing or installing any components in the PC and only reconnect power to the PSU when you're ready to proceed with the next step.
