can the charging port be replaced on the JBL Flip ?

Based on photos I found it does appear that the charging port does unplug and can be replaced with another plug, this seems to be a fairly comprehensive video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=deskto... from what I could tell it does not appear you need to do any soldering, everything should be plug and play.
