What's the model number of your TV? The model number can usually be found on the sticker with a barcode, located on the backside of the TV

From what I can find online this usually means there's a problem with the Main Power Supply. However, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take before reaching this conclusion:

  1. Hard Reset
    1. Turn OFF your TV using the remote.
    2. Unplug the power adapter.
    3. Wait 5 minutes.
    4. Reconnect the cable and test.
  2. Remote Troubleshooting
    1. Remote Battery Discharge
      1. Remove the batteries from the remote
      2. Press each button on the remote for 5 seconds.
      3. Reinstall the batteries and test.
    2. Dead Battery Replacement
      1. Replace the batteries on the remote with known-good or brand new batteries and test.
  3. Power Adapter
    1. Try a new or different power adapter (cable that goes from outlet to TV) just in case the cable is faulty or not working as intended.
  4. Wall Outlet
    1. Try a different wall outlet, and be sure to plug in directly to the wall instead of using a power strip to rule out any issues.

If you get through these steps and still are having issues I would recommend replacing the power supply board entirely.

@niteshbhoud besides all teh excellent things described in the prior answer, I would strongly suggest to check the boards before just replacing in. You do want to remove the back cover from your TV (unplug it of course) and then take a look at teh boards. Check for any odd looking (charred, missing, deformed, leaking) components. Next you want to go ahead and measure the voltages on the power board to main board connector. You will find a legend of the voltages to be expected printed on the board. All those voltages are DC voltages, so set our meter accordingly. Let us know what those voltages are.

Yes, it is absolutely possible that a new power board will fix your TV's issues. I just want to make sure that you check everything else too so you don't spend unnecessary money without verifying that you are replacing the right one. Your Philips can also do the blinking with a failed main board, failed back lights and some even send the signal with a failed T-con board.

Now we need you to help us to help you. Take a picture of all of those boards (well focused and large size) and post those with your Question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully can guide you further (if needed)

You didn't tell us what if anything happened to teh TV just before that or if there is a pattern to the blinking light. Every tiny detail may lead to a solution for this.
