Error code C03 shows up everytime
what should i do? The thing doesn't even follow any route anymore it just goes wherever it wants

The C03 error code on a Samsung POWERbot indicates that something is caught in the right driving wheel. You can clear the error by clearing the obstruction.
- Turn the power switch off that is located at the bottom before cleaning the robot.
- Use a blunt rod or tweezers to remove any foreign matter.

I've had this issue. To clarify the answer below, I seem to get items stuck behind the wheel/ square lug which attaches to the gearbox. The below youtube video shows taking it apart. You can also order a replacement wheel assembly as the motors do appear to start going out as well (and there isn't an easy way to get them).
