It is new and clean but after a month of not using it, when I try to open it it takes too much to load and after starting it opens any app very slowly. After I checked my task manager, the hard disk usage is 100% whenever there is a process of opening any software. What should I do?

@yosefyeman52962 this sure sounds like its caused by a Windows update. There are lots of reasons why this could be but check the basic ones, and that is your hard drive. Make sure that you have enough storage room left, delete/clean the drive. Run the Disk Cleanup Tool and clean up the system files. After that you want to check the solutions provided on here
