blue screen of death
can anyone help me to get a samsung galaxy j3 luna pro to turn on without going to blue screen
Update (11/27/23)
If I can get it to start... I see the phone name and then it goes to the blue screen. Or it will show phone screen then go blank then start this all over again probably for about six times then goes dead. Can't get into any other screen.

@linmark55 does this "BSOD" come on immediately? Any messages? What have you tried? Since when does it come on? Anything happened to the phone? Have you tried a reset?
