The battery is probably showing signs that it is aging so it is doubtful that you can restore it to what it was. Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan
The best option is to replace it with a new one and responsibly dispose of the old one.

Search online for ZB631KL battery (or just C11P1706) to find battery suppliers that suit you best.
