@oldrepairer do you have the motherboard out. Can you post some good pictures of it with your Question. That way we can see what you see. Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag

@oldrepairer looks like the motherboard for this computer should be a Quanta da0u99mb6c0 That means that the keyboard connector is a (50698-03201-001) DFFC32FR038 connector. That was the easy part. A quick search did absolutely show nothing even close to that. Either it is an obsolete connector or nobody lists those numbers as to not run into issues with Quanta. Manufacturers are sometimes contractually bound to only sell to them and not the public etc. (Proprietary connectors) Now if you are as "frugal" as me, I would check places like ebay, aliexpress, alibaba etc for a donor board. The same motherboard just not working etc. Then use that to harvest the keyboard connector from it. Lots of kapton tape and a heat gun with a small nozzle (or a soldering iron with a large T-shaped tip) can get that accomplished.

Yeah, that was the last ditch idea.

Just can't find a 32 pos. connector anywhere.

Amazing that you actually found the part number.

Gave you credit for the accurate answer.

Wish me luck.
