Why is my Xbox one s turning off after 11 seconds?

I just got this Xbox one s from a seller and he said it was scrap. I wanted to try and fix it so I got it. It said ram on the front but I erased it off with isopropyl. So I tested it and it turns off after 11 seconds after turning it on. I haven’t replaced any parts but there was a missing hard drive so I added one but it still DOESNT WORK. Any answers?

@kingofspades I'm afraid reading only the beginnings and the bulletins isn't good enough. You're responsible for all of the information you're presenting and for ensuring that information is accurate and correct. You can't just pass off bad information by saying the AI did it, not me, so if you're going to post AI generated info then you darn well better be reading it all and making sure it's correct.

i never said the Ai did it. I am 100% aware that im responsible for whatever i enter as an answer. As this is my first time trying something like this im trying my best to ensure whatever i do answer is helping and not hurting. and i appreciate the feedback i receive and im working on aligning it to what you guys are outputting.
