Pixel 4A adhesive strips usage
My pixel 4a battery kit comes with some adhesive strips but no explanation of where to use them

They are the display adhesive strips and also the battery adhesive strips.
Here's the ifixit Google Pixel 4a Vervanging van de batterij guide that may help.
When removing the display most of the original adhesive will be damaged and will have to be gently cleaned off using Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ and some sort of scraping tool and be replaced with the display adhesive supplied in the kit when reassembling the phone.
The same with the battery adhesive which ensures that the battery remains in situ

uhm I forgot to add those when replacing the battery, and there was a bit of the old one left. Is it a big deal ? I would hate to have to take it apart all over again ...
