what changed?
Some chargers billed as QC3 do not actually charge QC3.
Some cables, billed as fast charging do not work.
Cable must have data lines. Charge only cables will not fast charge.

Using the original cable that comes with a charger or charging cable or Charger can be a problem.
first try changing the charging cable and see if it working or not with fast charging.
