The screen doesn't work
I put water on my screen and after sometime the screen didn't work

Not good. Screens should only be cleaned with a DAMP cloth. If water ran down the screen, then it may have caused a short or corroded connections. The only hope is that after the water dries it will work. Otherwise, you will need to disassemble the screen and see if you can determine where the problem is. It may not be fixable without a new screen. That may or may not be economically viable.

@abdallahhashem the water shortened out your screen. we will need to know your exact computer model so we can at least try to help you fixing it.
