If you are facing starting problem in pulsar So there is chance of problem in CDI coil, spark plug , spark plug cap, petrol Over flow and engine head.
Before you spend any money first try on petrol Over flow, you just do off petrol cock when you park your bike and when you go back on bike then on this cock.
If you will not get result then check spark , plug and current and do work on CDI.

Are you getting a spark from your plug when you put it against cylinder head, have you tried putting 5 ml petrol into cylinder head

@sameertagala @vaibhavtaliyan we really need more history than just 3 words. If you are seriously wanting some help, you need to be more descriptive. At minimum we need to know what Bajaj model your bike is. Complete model number please. Then we need to know what the actual starting problem is. Then you need to tell us what you have already tried to fix this. Give it a try. You'll see that people will actually work to find a solution for you. We just have to know what the problem is.

@parmmehmi what year, make and model? what have you checked? Since it cuts out, it could be related to your carburetor, the ignition or the fuel supply.
