A family member has a problem with his Skoda's infotainment system

A family member has a Skoda kamiq and his been having trouble with the infotainment system since he bought it.What happens is that when he gets Inside and starts the car the infotainment system starts searching for his phone's Bluetooth signal and when it connects the infotainment system says "component protection is active"and he has to restart it after he restarts it,it doesn't say that anymore.Also it does that when the temperature outside and inside the car is hot.He took it to Skoda and they didn't know what is wrong with it.Some other people have also the same problem.If you have any idea of how to solve this issue please respond.
