@alexandra95 Can you take the back of your TV and upload pictures of the circuit board inside? Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag

Toshiba 65L621U Rev.A Purchased 2017

The unit is mounted and too heavy for me to handle. I am not into DIY fixes, but willing to try instructional tests on device without having to dismantle.

@lefox2002 that leaves you with trying all the different video input sources and the flashlight test. Let us know what you find out.

If you are connected to a network, try to disable your TV on that network.

@lefox2002 Toshiba is notorious for secrecrecy and does NOT support DIY repair. MAnuals, schematics etc,. will be extremely difficult to come by, if at all. Just giving you a heads up on that :-)

Next you want to verify that you have no image on all inputs. If it remains dark, unplug it and push the power button for about one minute, then plug it back in. See if that resets your TV.

If it remains dark, use a flashlight and angle it against the screen with the TV at a station where you can hear the sound See if you can make out shadows or shapes. If you do, then it is your backlight that has failed. If you do not see anything, unplug your set and remove the back. then visually check the boards for any obvious damage like domed or leaking capacitors. Check all the wiring and unplug the wires and plug them back in to make sure they are properly seated. Post some images of all of your boards with your question. Use this guide Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag for that so we can see what you see.
