I have a problem with the jack on a trust gxt 383

hello i own a trust gxt 383 with 7.1 virtual surround and it has damaged the jack and i straightened it out thinking it would work that way.

It works but in mono and it is supposed to be in stereo.

@elpacho sound slike your connector has a few broken "connections" Post some GOOD images of your connector with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. I am certain that it can be replaced but needs a bit of attention since there are no wiring diagrams. You will need to know how to solder and have the tools to do that. Do NOT cut anything off etc. yet! Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag
