Micom Options are lost

My hometheater not working properly. I figure out micom Options are lost. All the op0, op1.. to op5 are 00. Is there anyone who has these codings. Of you have the device you can see the options through (NO DISC or Tray OPEN State) and Setup-DISPLAY-TV Aspect Ratio16:9 Full 4+5+6+2 +5+8+0 +ENTER

Have you tried a power refresh?

Turn off the home theatre if it is on, disconnect the power to the home theatre and then press and hold the Power button for a full 30 seconds and then release it. Reconnect the power to the device, turn it on and check the settings

If no good, try contacting the LG customer service centre in your location (ask for tech support) and ask if the latest software version is available for your model home theatre, either as a download link or an emailed file

If they state that you can update online using the settings in the device (Settings > Others> Software > Update) tell them that there are no settings available and that you can't do this.

Also if there is software available ask how to install it manually.

I have updated but no change. I think the update doesn't make any change on eeprom :(
