Are there any panic logs? Settings >privacy>Analytics and improvements >Analytics Data. Look for anything that says “panic full”.

This error log is telling you that one of the sensors on the charge port assembly is faulty. It is trying to communicate with mic1 which it does every 3 minutes. If it doesn’t get a response it will restart the device. A new charge port should fix the problem. You will need to purchase this part from a reputable store and you can follow this guide.

Yes exactly. This panic-full log points the panic string to thermal sensor circuit. This is a charging flex problem. @oldturkey03 mic1 is located on the charging connector flex cable

Mic2 is present on the power button flex, that is for the iPhone 11 series

I am curious, I am having the exact same issue. I have replaced the charge port with both an after market, as well as an Apple OEM charge port, and the phone is still restarting with the same panic message. Is this an issue with the board itself just not getting the appropriate signal?

A restarting iPhone can be caused by many things but the most common thing is a bad battery which can be purchased from the ifixit store for a very reasonable price
