Are you okay with losing the data on the phone?

you would have to basically reset the phone. sometimes you even have to root the phone but having apple reset it and losing data is probably the best way.

the best tool for that is your own memory. Any way, if you remember a iCloud password, you can reset a iPhone via iTunes and start from beginning.
