Hi,

Looking at the specifications for the laptop (see p.10) to have 64GB of memory you need to use 2 x 32GB memory modules as there are only two slots.

Here’s the service manual. Go to p.17 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the memory modules.
