Hi,

Some things to try to resolve the problem:

Wipe the cache partition and then check if it starts OK. (do not select wipe data/factory reset as this will erase all your data and downloaded apps)

Start the tablet in safe mode and check if it starts OK. Here’s how:

With the device powered off, press and hold the Power button (located on the top edge) until the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro logo appears then release.

With the Samsung logo onscreen, press and hold the Volume Down button (located next to the Power button) until Safe mode appears in the lower left of the screen then release.

Note the tablet goes through the entire boot up process before showing Safe mode. This may take 30+ seconds.

If it starts OK in safe mode, then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the tablet in normal mode between each uninstall until it works OK. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the tablet and was not pre-installed when you got it.

If still no good, does it do this with the charger switched on and connected?
