My Inspiron 7579 is crashing. Help.

The computer is crashing and BSOD always shows up. I’ve tried blowing on the fan, but it didn't help. help

BSODs are usually software-related. Try resetting your computer by going to Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery. Under the Reset this PC, choose Get started. Follow the prompts.

This will remove your apps and settings, but may prevent further crashes.

I am going to say that by you laptop crashing, then it does come up. If so go to Event Viewer and then Window Logs and see what might be causing the issue. Also the BSOD error would be helpful. Check to see how much RAM you are suppose to have verses how much RAM your system is showing you have.

First take a data backup of your important data now try reset the settings of your laptop as it was new. If it didn’t work then just change the window of your laptop.
