I have been in the IT industry since 2008. I started out by doing graphic arts, building graphical user interfaces and then moved my way into networking. My passion is in building, fixing and troubleshooting computers and gaming consoles. I work for a managed service company and work as an IT consultant as well as build gaming pc’s and repair gaming consoles on the side.
Some of my hobbies are camping, bike riding, and hiking.
Antwoord op "Tablet powers on but no picture displayed"I have had this same issue with my tablet. It is charging, but no image on the screen. You will have to take the back cover off and unplug the battery for about five minutes. Plug the battery back in and then turn the tablet on. Not sure why, but this seems to be an issue with these.
Antwoord op "Keyboard FPC Connector Identification"The connector comes attached with the keyboard, there's no part number for it, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
Antwoord op "A screw drop from my Laptop"I was wondering if anyone has worked on your laptop lately? If so, they may have put the screws in incorrectly. Another possibility is that the remount screw anchors have broken and causing the screws to fall. I am including images as well for you to look at.
Antwoord op "My Inspiron 7579 is crashing. Help."I am going to say that by you laptop crashing, then it does come up. If so go to Event Viewer and then Window Logs and see what might be causing the issue. Also the BSOD error would be helpful. Check to see how much RAM you are suppose to have verses how much RAM your system is showing you have.
Antwoord op "My PC doesnt start anymore after disassembly"What did you clean the connector / wires with? When it blinked, did the screen go off and then come back on? I know that RAM issue can cause some strange things to happen such as display and no boot. Does the charge light come on when you plug in the power adaptor? Update (06/05/2021): If your pc has two sticks of ram take them out and boot the laptop up and see if it posts. If so then test each stick of ram by placing one in at a time.
