Hi @williamsmikel ,
Are you sure that the red power light is blinking continuously?
Check if it is blinking just 13 times, pausing and then blinking 13 times again, over and over.
According to the service manual there is a 13 blink error code but none for continuous blinks.

If it is 13 blinks check the A board. (see p.26 Sect 9.2 for voltage levels and reference points)
If it is continuous blinks start by checking the P board and going on from there. (see p.26 Sect 9.1 for voltage levels and reference points)

Check the updated image above.
It may be better if you download the manual as it shows where the boards are and the order in which they have to be removed if you have to replace one
I tried to count now, to confirm, is more than 13times, just blinking
It will be best to start checking all the voltages then.

Is the red led flashing? Or the screen itself.is flashing red? Try unplugging it, pressing the power to try to turn on a few times, then plugging back n to try to reset it.

I have reset several times, and it is the red light tht is blinking continuously
