A heatgun on medium heat is usually your best bet

you talking a regular heat gun i can use for removing chips off logic boards?
It actually does work, but I would suggest if you can afford proper equipment or have it, use that, many other people here had success using a heat gun, but make sure you are careful of the soldering pads, they can come off
