Mini Server Over heating

My mid 2011 mini Server runs very hot even after I cleaned all around and under the fan. Is this a temp sensor issue?

How about installing a good thermal monitoring app like TG Pro. Post a snapshot of the main window so we can see all of the sensors. Let it run awhile so we get the high water marks and the current running temps Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag

What are your drives? Make, Model, sizes and free space. How much RAM do you have installed? Also what are you using the system for.
