After I have replaced the lcd and battery of my iPhone 6 power button stop working and itunes does not detect my iPhone. can anyone help please.

its possible that there was no issue with the battery and it was the charging chip as that could cause itunes not detecting the phone

try disconnecting the screen to see if itunes will detect it, also why did you replace the battery to begin with
