It is frustrating when people answer a question with a generic answer just to gain points! That is NOT a replacement hose, it is an EXTENSION hose, which is obvious from both the photo and description.

Hi,

Contact McCulloch support and ask if the steam hose is even available as a spare part. It never hurts to ask.

Why would you bother to answer with this type of comment? Of course they know they can call support, and likely did with no help from McCulloch because they don't sell one directly. What EVERYONE wants to know is if there is a non-oem or another supplier who might have a hose that would work.

I would like to know the answer to this question as well.

I would as well because my steam nozzle leaks steam and water out of the trigger so now I am unable b to use it since it burns my hand when pressing nozzle.

I would like an answer to this as well. I bought my steamer late December and have only used it a handful of times. Three months later the trigger won't shut off. I need a replacement hose, not an extension. I have scoured the internet and Mcculloch doesn't seem to carry that as an accessory. Waste of money.

My MC1275 was leaking steam from the handle. I took the handle apart to find there was a pin hole that developed in the plastic trigger valve. It would be a simple fix because the trigger valve is simply connected to the inner hose with a hose clamp. But I called Mccullough and was told they do not sell the parts as it would be a liability issue. I only used my steam cleaner about 5 times, but it was out of warranty. But even if it was in warranty, you have to pay all shipping charges to send it back to be repaired which would probably cost as much as buying a new one. I will never buy ANY Mccullough product again. Now I am stuck with a working tank unit I can't use because Mccullough wont sell the trigger valve.
