Can get past the setup
its asking for the previous owners email and i don't have but the phone was factory reseted so why do i need there email?!?!?!

It's called FRP (Factory Reset Protection)
this happend > before do factory reset / hard reset the , u no remove previous owners gmail
1. send to ppl , who can help u unlock this device
or
2. bypass google lock youself > can learn from youtube. (not recommanded)
