Hello. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement adaptor and power cord for the CyberHome CH-LDV 712 DVD Player (almost new, purchased around 2006, but hardly used than one time)? I have misplaced the adaptor and power cord. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Camille Nixon, I believe the link below may work for your CyberHome CH-LDV 712 DVD Player. You can also do a search for better pricing perhaps. You could probably take the player to an small electronics shop(Radio Shack/ the Source) or for that matter big box stores also sell multi plug adapter that can be matched up to your DVD. Good luck. Camille nixon those AC power adapter are widely available at places like this and many more. You can always go to places like Walmart and purchase a universal adapter with variable outputs. Those will have interchangeable power connectors. Your player requires a 10VDC 2A AC power supply with the center (tip) being positive and the outside barrel (ring) negative.

I found that I need two parts for the CyberHome CH-LDV 712: the "brick", power cord and adapter. I saw the power plug advertised, from your excellent replies, and will order it, but does anyone know where I can purchase the part known as the "brick"? I need both parts to get the DVD player working. Also, is it possible to find another battery, just in case I need to replace the one I have?
