The control panel buttons on my Whirlpool Quiet Partner 3 dishwasher stopped working. Several of the lights are on, although we never touched them. Now, none of the buttons work at all. Any thoughts?

all the buttons and lights are controlled by the processor on the main control board. Since none of them work and other lights are on, my bet is the control board. It is possible something on the control board can be fixed, maybe a bad solder connection, but not likely.
