i am trying to decrease my laptop's screen brightness but i can't because i did not find any option for brightness.i have tried several times by the help of google and youtube but they didn't work. how can i fix this problem?

if you have windows right click the desktop and go to personalize, then you go to display and on the left hand side there should be an option to adjust brightness. I hope this helps and that you are able to brighten your screen and you day!

the options for brightness are also in the power settings

which version of windows do you have? and are you able to take a screen shot
also did you check you power setting?
it's windows 10. and it's been working after I updated windows :)

acer laptop sucks…… worst laptop ever….

brightness not accessable… cant start dual boot… full of problems

no brightness setting, Fn + > does not do anything. Fn + ^ does do volume per key but no brightness? No setting in Win11 either. weird . Win11 "No result for screen brightness" way to go MS! Booting to faster Linux....
