I want to know why when my sons tablet was plugged in not being messed with he looked at it the screen showed 100% full he then unplugged it and was going to play it but the tablet was so hot on the back it made my son scream he drop it due to the heat from it he now has lil blisters and screen is cracked and stay on rca android screen

It seems as though the battery is overheating when it is being charged.
How long have you had the tablet?
If it is less than 12 months, verify the purchase date on the sales receipt and then consult the warranty information that is in the User Guide that came with the tablet, as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement.

And then I would Sue them for all there worth .... That could have been so much worse than it was , it could have exploded and the glass could have shot the child in the face , so I wouldn't just look at this like a small thing it iuld have turned out different , how many other defective tablets are there out there that could turn out different than just a blister burn .......
