iPhone LCD black after screen replacement

Hello, today i had an iPhone 6 with a defective screen, the glass was shattered and also the lcd behind was very damaged, but you still could read something in the top left corner.

I have about 6 replacement screens here, but none of them works with this iPhone. The strange thing is, that the original damaged screen still shows the top left corner and says "no service", but with all the other displays I just get a black screen, the backlight is turned on but no image.

The replacement displays work perfectly on other iPhones...

What could be the problem?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my english

Try a hard reset with one of the new screens, hold down power and home for 30 seconds and see what happens.

Report back with results.

Today I attached another screen and I saw the apple logo for about 10 seconds, then the screen went black again, but the phone was still on as I heard the sound when making a screenshot and the backlight was also on but no image. Will test with an original screen now and see if it works

Try pushing slightly more for the LCD flex ribbon cable and try holding power button for 15 seconds with battery unplugged and screen plugged in.

Then plug battery in and plug in the charging cable to wall charger adapter to turn it on.

Do not use power button and see what happens.

Also, do what ben said with it connected to iTunes. See if you can restore it.

The phone has life, even got an apple. I want to say it sounds like its in DFU but why would it be with one screen and not the other?

Thanks to all for the help, still having no success. When I tried it like Ben said, I got the apple boot logo but after a few seconds the screen flickers and doesn't show anything.

Here is a video how the phone behaves with a replacement screen:

and a picture what it shows with the defective original screen:

You can see that it sucessfully booted up and is showing no signal and the time...

If the hard reset doesn't help you might have bend the lcd cable of the screen and it broke, had same issue with mine.
