1 protection always come on
i got 2 Sony Shake 99 hifi system , both of them always have the 'protector' on. i tried every sony websites to try and fix the problem but to no avail ...

"Protector" means that the internal power surge protector has been tripped. Unplug the hifi system for 30+ minutes to reset it.

I've tried unplugging for 30 minutes and powering back again but still problem??

Did you import the amplifier from a country with a different voltage or Phase from your own?

No I bought the amp from Australia, We have the same power here in my country....
