I tried to provide a link but it keeps on being denied by this website. I therefore suggest that you 'Google' Coby tablet driver download and select the link from 'solvusoft' and go from there.

Try to download a third free drivers download tool from Cnet, and it will help you scan your computer and install the usb drivers for your coby tablet.
