My Chromebook battery dies really fast. I will let it charge for a couple hours but when I unplug it, it dies within the hour. Do I need to replace the battery and how do I do that?

Unfortunately the battery sometimes is faulty and replacement is the best course of action. You can follow this guide to replace your battery.
