Greetings all,
I have a relatively new Samsung Ativ Book 9 940X3G - K03US. I have used it for about a month. The bottom 2/3s of the screen will flicker and then fade slowly to gray. It happens intermittently. I am using it now with no issues. The fact the a reboot fixes it makes me think it is a driver or something. Thoughts?

Check to see if you have the latest graphics drivers for your installed OS.
Also try booting into 'safe mode' and see if the problem occurs.

If the problem still occurs in safe mode it may be a hardware problem. As you say it is relatively new, why don't you check to see if the warranty period is still valid and make a warranty claim? It may save a lot of problems in the future.
