24 million second lock

I just had my screen replaced and I can not access it even when doing a hard reset and taking out the sim card. Is there an alternative to fixing this issue?

I'm confused. You had it replaced, and now you can't get into the phone? Is the phone display visible, but you can't use it? Could you be more descriptive?

jacobceballos37 I'd start with the recovery mode. Place the iPhone in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

To get to recovery mode follow these instructions:

Connect your USB cable to your computer but not to the iPhone.

Turn the phone off

Now press and hold the Home button down, connect the USB cable to the iPhone. Your phone should turn on.

Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen. Once that screen shows, release the Home button. iTunes should launch and it should tell you that it found a phone in recovery mode and that it needs to be restored. To restore your phone use these instructions. To restore from a backup (if you have ever backed it up, it should be on the computer that you use to sync your iPhone) use these instructions
