My phone is paired with the MINI JAMBOX over bluetooth, but I cannot play music. However, I can play music over the auxiliary cord, but not over bluetooth. Whats going wrong?

Another common issue with the JAMBOX MINI is "phantom auxiliary" connection. Your JAMBOX thinks it is connected over auxiliary, so you tries to play audio over that connection instead. Check if there is any blockage in your auxiliary port and take a look at our bluetooth troubleshooting page here. Be sure that the audio cable that you can use to physically connect your phone to the audio jack of the JAMBOX Mini is not plugged into the JAMBOX Mini. When the audio cable is plugged into the JAMBOX Mini's jack, it won't play via Bluetooth. Once you unplug that jack, the JAMBOX Mini will play the Bluetooth audio.

I had the same problem, just make sure NO CABLES are connected to your JamBox at all
