I need a replacement battery for my 2007 Creative ZEN 8GB player and don't know the part # or where to get it from.

Miguel, should be part number BAC0603R79928. As to where to get it from, that will depend on where you are located:-)

@amampondo hopefully the OP has found an new battery since it was asked 11 years ago or the poster of the comment has found it after 2 years :-) It's a great answer for all of those that will be looking for this battery but those that have looked, are long gone :-)
A suitable battery size is 403040, it is a tiny bit smaller than the original and fits perfectly.

is one of your options, the capacity, verified at 150mA discharge rate, is 460mAh.
I also purchased several 403040 from a China vendor, and their printed "600mAh" prooved to range between less than 30mAh and 200mAh at 80mA discharge rate. As always: you get what you pay for.
