I found that code only came on because of socks that got stuck inside the bottom drain hose. If you open the bottom door (2 screws) pull off the door you have to unscrew the pump cover and I found numerous things inside. I reconnected everything took the drain hose off, cleaned it out and put it all back together. No codes since easy fix. That got rid of both F02 and F11 codes.
