Per my understanding from Alisha ([link|https://www.ifixit.com/User/3762137/Alisha+C|@flannelist|new_window=true]), who used to be an Apple technician, Apple does not actually repair iPads; they only offer basically a trade-in allowance.
I have, however run into a similar situation with an iPad my daughter-in-law got for free. it had a slight bend in it that resulted in a cracked screen and I went to the trouble to locate a replacement housing before I opened it up, but held off on ordering it.
As it turns out I didn't need the housing as the bend was minor enough that I was able to straighten it perfectly by hand so when I put the new screen in it fit perfectly.
@dao9418, post some pictures of your iPad with its bent screen and we'll see if we can figure out what you should do next.
