I replaced the battery in my headset with the EBL linked earlier (follow the instructions - polarity is revered). I don't think the rating is accurate. I did not notice any additional run time. The battery is already starting to go out after 8 months. I'll probably just order the same thing again simply due to the fact that batteries have become a nightmare compared to when we were younger and you just popped off the panel and dropped in some fresh AA's. Back then there were standards that caused competition and a drive for quality to compete. Now it seems there is only a drive for as cheap as possible to win the bid for a manufacturer and if we're lucky some no name brand might make something compatible (like the EBL). I also contacted the manufacturer of the baby monitor to see what other sources are of their official batteries. As I may try using one of them to see how it lasts - though it does look like they hot snot the wires into the connector so that could be a pain.[br]
