My power button blinks threes times

When i plugged in the power cord my power button blinks three times and it doesn’t even power on after, i did reconnected the touchpad cable that was disconnected for no reason and i also tried to change the cmos but was unsuccessful, everything seemed fine. I just don’t understand why it is doing that
