Hi guys, I’m using the L6270 series. All you need to do is:

# Open the scanner black cover lid. (First layer)
# Then open up the glass lid. (2nd layer). You can look out for the concave latch on the sides to lift it.
# You will see a lever guide on the bottom right where the cartridge cover is. Open the cover. 👍🏼

#  The design is not user friendly, making it a puzzle for most of us!!!
