When powering up fan hit 100% then shut down

Good day, i recently got probook  4530s for repair. Problem is i dont know what is wrong.

When push powerup button, there is life but that end right after fan start at 100% the it will shut down. BIOS reset, ram change. Nothing help, i dissasembly him just to find everything to be ok. Any ideas?
