Camera has 'Memory Card Locked' on screen.

My camera suddenly came up with 'Memory Card Locked' on the screen. It is NOT the switch on the card itself, and I can't make the Menu select the Card Lock symbol that shows a key. My camera will not take pictures while it is locked! Please help. Thanks.
